Things My Son Did This Week…

Year one is off to a good start. Here is what the little munchkin started doing yesterday and today:

  • Waving byebye. It’s more of an open and closing of the hand, but it’s super cute.
  • Pointing. I was giving him small pieces of a cheese sandwich for lunch and he finished his pieces, so he started pointing at the bread and cheese in front of me in his little way of saying “more!” He didn’t get that far yet. :)
  • Opening the toilet seat. He’s discovered that it is we, his parents, who close it so that he doesn’t stick his hands in there. That doesn’t quite quell the curiosity. :)

I’m still waiting for him to tell me that he’s one, but it will happen soon, I hope!

Oh! I have a toilet seat lock we don’t use. Installs easily, mom and dad can get it open but David won’t be able to. You want it?
